NC PRE-K: All sources of family income cannot exceed 75% of the NC state median income.
Title I: Children are rank ordered by a developmental assessment screening score and the child with the greatest demonstrated educational need is offered placement initially until all slots are filled.
Smart Start Scholarships - All sources of family income cannot exceed 75% of the NC state median income.
Other: If a family exceeds the income limits other risk factors may be considered for eligibility including, but not limited to developmental need as indicated by developmental screening, homelessness as defined by the McKinney-Vento Act, separation from parent/s due to incarceration, and foster care placement.
Parent Pay: There are some classroom slots available for children whose parents’ income exceeds 75% of the NC state median income. We offer 2-day slots, 3-day slots and 5-day slots. Payment is due the 10th of each month.
Three Year Old Students: After all eligible 4 year old students are placed in a classroom, any unfilled slots can be offered to eligible 3 year old children.
